At OHTNYC®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original OHTNYC® packaging, ensuring all protective pouches and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
